Who we are
Dental Leeds is operated by TicketWave HQ Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17143167, registered office Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Pudsey, Leeds LS28 6LE. These terms cover using the site and listing a business on it.
Using the directory
Listings are information to help you choose, not recommendations. Prices, availability and other details can change, and some listings were added by us from public information rather than by the business, so check anything important with the practice before you rely on it.
Featured and Premium listings are paid placements. They carry a badge and are shown above free listings.
Dental Leeds is a directory, not a dental practice or booking service: we don't give dental advice, book appointments or take payments.
Listing a business
You can list a business you run or are authorised to list. What you submit must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to share the text, photos and links you send us. By submitting a listing you allow us to publish what you submit on Dental Leeds. We check every submission before it goes live and can decline one.

Paid listings
Featured costs £49 a month and Premium £199 a month, per listing. You can upgrade a live listing once you have signed in to it. Stripe takes the first payment at checkout and then bills monthly until you cancel. Prices are shown without VAT; we are not VAT-registered, so nothing is added. The paid placement applies only once the payment has gone through.
If we decline a paid listing, we cancel the subscription and refund every payment taken for it in full. If you cancel, the listing stays paid until the end of the period already paid for and then returns to a free listing; we do not refund part-months.
To cancel, open your listing, follow "Claim or update this listing" to sign in, and use the billing portal; or email hello@ticketwavehq.com and we will cancel it for you.
Liability
We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on information in the directory.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do.
